The unit was clean and the office personnel was very nice and thorough. We were disappointed to find we couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t drive up into the climate controlled unit area. Many have this. The walk was far for us with heavy items at our age, and I feel they could take this into consideration before assigning a unit.

All was super smooth and done over phone site unseenﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ until try to exit facility with movers at 9:30pm. The gate didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open with pin code. After multiple unsuccessful tries I called the after hours phone number on the exit sign and left voicemail. I called this number s few times but eventually got call back and was able to get system reset and accept my pin. Startup glitches that need to get sorted out but all is n all a well run operation!

They have cameras watching every unit and they are clean only down fall is its difficult to get in contact with the employees to get your move in set.

Great price, quality units, 24/7 access with great lighting at night, safe area, great customer service and communication. The only reason I didn't give a full mark for cleanliness is because there was some light dirt on the walls of the unit I reserved. However, being a storage unit, this has zero effect on my needs or uses. You can still tell the establishment was built in recent years. I used P2 to store my bike last year, again this year, and every year going forward as long as I live in the area.
